I started created Mandarin Boards because I couldn't find anything else like it on the market. I spent two semesters in college teaching English to Chinese school children. While there I fell in love with the country and Asian culture, yin and yang together.
I love Mandarin Boards because the characters truly speak to me. Each character has different meanings to different people, and I love the expression I see in the characters themselves and in my clients. This art is an extension of the way I see the world and the way I approach my life; it is good to be different, unique and set yourself apart. It is good to allow other people to see things the way they choose to see them. It is good to step outside of your comfort zone and be yourself and create something original, whether you are an artist or a regular person-and I am both.
