Yes! The sky is the limit! We welcome custom orders for any Chinese character, board size or special medium. Custom characters on existing board sizes are an additional $6 and custom boards and alternative media will be priced on a per-item basis. Please email [email protected] and share your vision!

Yes! Coupon codes do exist and can be found on the Mandarin Boards Facebook page. Check us out there to find discounts and current specials.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
At this time, Mandarin Boards can only except web payments thru PayPal. We trust the PayPal website to keep your information safe and hope you do too. Your order is processed immediately upon receipt of payment and will be shipped within three (3) business days.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Mandarin Boards does process international orders, however, however additional shipping charges will occur when our products are shipped outside the U.S. and the customer will be responsible for any other additional fee incurred in the shipping process.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Because every board is a handpainted, original piece of artwork, Mandarin Boards does not offer returns or exchanges. Be aware that each board is unique and may vary slightly from the photo you view on the website. All sales are final.
SHIPPING
We ship via USPS and use delivery confirmation.
You will receive notification of your order being shipped within three (3) days of receipt of payment and should expect to receive the package within 2-3 business days.
Mandarin Boards will not accept responsibility for incorrect addresses or items 'lost' in the mail.
